Doing cardio in a second floor apartment isn't exactly easy. And I'm 110% sure my downstairs neighbors would be banging on my door in a heartbeat. So to switch things up with yoga, I made a little strength circuit with squats, abs and arms moves. I alternate squats and other parts of my body until I'm done. I usually do the below sequence minus the sumo squat because I'm skeptical that it does anything. I also don't follow the reps on the side. Some weeks I do 12,15 or 20 depending on the time I have.
