Hellgate Pilates

Born in Astoria, Built to Roam

Open-level mat Pilates for endurance athletes in Astoria Park and beyond.

Each class features classical mat Pilates exercises developed by Joseph Pilates, enhanced with a few modern elements for a contemporary twist.

 

Low-impact movements are performed slow and controlled to ensure proper alignment and that the correct muscles are being targeted, though that doesn't mean we don't put in work! 

 

Strengthen your powerhouse, reduce injury risk, improve balance and stability, and increase overall wellness.

For runners and triathletes specifically, Pilates can translate to more power in every stride and pedal stroke, greater endurance, faster recovery, and staying strong against injury.

 

Private (solo or group), corporate, and destination sessions are available by request.
